My work explores the balance between joy and struggle, using bold colors and layered textures to reflect resilience and vulnerability. Living with chronic pain deepens my awareness that beauty and hope can emerge in any circumstance. Inspired by meditation, gratitude, and my Australian roots, I create paintings that invite pause, reflection, and connection—reminders that healing, strength, and joy are woven together, even in life’s most challenging moments.
